Bestmore began as a small ramen shop with only 15 seats. At 21, I discovered my passion for ramen. By age 30, I opened my first ramen shop, Nagahama Ramen Ichibanken, after extensive training at another ramen establishment.
During those early days, my commitment to perfecting delicious ramen was unwavering. After just four months, I temporarily closed my shop, posting a sign that read, "Off to hone my ramen craft," to pursue further training in Hakata. There, I apprenticed under a Yatai ramen chef, mastering soup preparation over a year and a half, even working unpaid to deepen my skills.
Following my training in Hakata, our new ramen shop garnered attention from a TV program, drawing numerous customers and earning a reputation for long lines outside our doors.
As the owner of a ramen shop, I have always strived for the ultimate ramen flavor, which initially made me hesitant to expand into multiple outlets or franchises. However, I realized that by establishing a solid mechanism to convey the essence of the Ichibanken brand to a broader audience, our ramen shops could bring more smiles and happiness to our customers and co-workers. Thus, in 2009, I launched Ichibansha under a new business model. In 2015, I took on a new challenge by fully deploying the Ichibanken franchise business, and now also manage the franchise program for the Dandadan Sakaba brand, broadening our scope beyond the traditional ramen shop framework to become a comprehensive business enterprise.
As consumer demands evolve from products to experiences, Bestmore aims to lead a food business that conveys and sells experiences rather than just products. Beyond our services, Bestmore values our customers' smiles, conversations, time, and space. We will continue to strive to create unique Bestmore experiences that ensure a wonderful dining experience.

Our specialty, Tonkotsu Soup, is meticulously prepared over 24 hours at an ultra-high heat of 45,000 calories to ensure it's free from any odor or unpleasant taste.
Dedicated to excellence, we go beyond simply replicating authentic flavors. Our goal is to craft a taste that only masters of pork bone broth can achieve.
Inspired by our motto, "Kyokuton" (mastering the art of pork bone broth), we tirelessly strive to create the "ultimate ramen" that brings smiles to our customers' faces.

Crafted with aromatic dough made from 7% whole wheat flour, our dumplings are moist and chewy, with crispy edges and a savory, meaty filling enriched with tasty gravy.
Our dumplings are lovingly hand-wrapped to ensure that every bite bursts with flavorful, juicy gravy.

A completely private sauna that can be rented out exclusively, with a hideaway feel, just a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station.
Although it is a private sauna, it is equipped with a cold bath and an open-air bathing space.
The sauna temperature can be freely adjusted, and there are many other features to help you feel relaxed.
